I’m patient, easy to vibe with, and take pride in giving results that are worth it every time. Cancellation Policy
Arrival
-Use the elevators to level 16. The door number will say 1650
You may sit in the waiting area and I will be there to get you
-Arrive on time with a positive attitude. Quality takes time
Appointments & late policy
-15 minutes late will incur a $10 fee
-Later than 15 minutes may result in cancellation and full charge
-Finalize your style before your appointment. Same-day changes may not be accommodated
Cancellations and No-Shows
-Same-Day Cancellations: 75 percent of service charged
-No-Shows: 100 percent of service charged
-Deposits are non-refundable unless I inconvenience you. Can be reused once within 24 hours
Hair and Supplies
-Hair color must be sent no later than the day before your appointment
-I provide all hair for your style
-For specific colors or special requests, please email before your appointment
